Fluffy, dense head. Golden harvest color. Fresh barnyard, fruity bread, delicate baking spices and lean citrus fruit acidity form the aromas. Extremely light and effervescent mouthfeel with mild sour notes which finish with a bit of funk. Brewed with Weyermann Pilsner, Munich and Wheat, Perle hops and a German yeast strain. Aged for 18 months on French Oak barrels with a Flanders yeast strain.
