Funky, fruity and spicy aromas, cloudy and fuzzy straw-like appearance, milky and medicinal mouthfeel, earthy undertones with a light tart finish. Brewed with Weyermann Pilsner, Munich, and Wheat, Perle hops, and a German yeast strain. Aged for 9 months on French Oak barrels with our proprietary wild yeast blend. We then added peaches and aged for another 3 months.
