Monsieur Sournoise

Mahogany in color, deep harmonious bouquet of candied cherries, anise, toffee and Sherry. Soft, malty approach that leads to an abrupt, tart and snappy finish. Brewed with Gambrinus Pilsner & Munich, imported biscuit, caramel and black malt, Perle, East Kent Goldings, Styrian Goldings hops and our proprietary Belgian yeast strain. Aged for 18 months on French Oak barrels with a West Flanders yeast strain with 4 months on tart cherries.
