Joyeaux Grivois

Ruby-chestnut in color with a thin laced head. Luscious, fresh-baked cherry pie aromas. Pillowy, full-bodied mouthfeel with a rich, nutty finish balanced with a layer of tartness. Brewed with Castle Pilsner malt, imported Northern Brewer and Styrian Goldings hops, and our proprietary Belgian yeast strain. Aged for 18 months on French Oak barrels with Brettanomyces bruxellensis and Lambricus and then aged on sweet and tart cherries for another 4 months.
