Haut Chene

Compressed ivory head. Solid, deep amber in color. Aromas of dried cherries, sweet tart, mild maltniess, vanilla and barnyard funk. Bright and sharp mouthfeel with a surprisingly mild finish.   Brewed with Gambrinus Pilsner, Munich and Wheat, Perle hops and a German yeast strain. Aged for 24 months on French Oak barrels with Brettanomyces bruxellensis and claussenii, and a Belgian yeast strain
