Funky Fall Fever

Fluffy, dense head, Sedona in color. Toffee notes and fruit cocktail bouquets. Funky and fresh bodied with a subdued finish. Brewed with Weyermann Pilsner and Pale Wheat malt, Perle hops, and our proprietary German ale yeast strain. Aged on French Oak barrels for 12 months with a Flanders wild yeast strain, added cranberries, peaches and cherries during the last 4 months of aging.
