Framboise Coup
Deep ruby in color, lacey, dusty rose head. Entrancing, freshly harvested red raspberry and cranberry fruit aromas with a slight jammy character. Light, precise tartness and punch-like mouthfeel that finishes dry and sharp. Brewed with Weyermann Pilsner, Munich and Wheat, Perle hops and a German yeast strain. Aged for 9 months on French Oak barrels with Brettanomyces bruxellensis and Lambricus and then aged on red raspberries and cranberry for another 3 months.
