Cerise Coup

Reddish apricot in color, a musky bouquet of cherries and vanilla, a creamy, fruity, farmyard mouthfeel with a slightly tart and dry finish. Brewed with Gambrinus Pilsner, Munich and Wheat, Perle hops and a German yeast strain. Aged for 13 months on French Oak Chardonnay barrels with Brettanomyces bruxellensis and claussenii, and a Belgian yeast strain, then aged on cherries for another 6 months.
