Frothy mocha head, onyx in color. Roasted aroma with a tart cherry effervescent. Semi-tart and mild dark fruit mouthfeel with a slightly dry finish. Brewed with Gambrinus Pale malt, imported chocolate, black and biscuit malt, German Northern Brewer, East Kent Goldings hops and our proprietary Belgian Yeast, and then aged on Red French Oak barrels for 10 months with our Lambic yeast blend and 4 months with tart cherries.
