Ble de Printemps

Rich and frothy head.  Crystal clear liquid gold in color.  Exquisitely light, zesty and oaky aromas showcasing the mild Hungarian Oak barrels.  A modestly sharp front palate with a smooth, silky, fluffy mid, followed by a perky, leather finish.  Brewed with Gambrinus Pilsner, Munich and Wheat, Perle hops and a German yeast strain. Aged for 20 months on Hungarian Oak barrels with a splash of Brettanomyces bruxellensis and claussenii, and a Belgian yeast strain.
