Belgian Witbier

Our take on this relatively new style pours a dark ruby brown color, with a fluffy white head. Floral and malty aromas give way to a big hoppy mid palate, and a dry roasty and chocolaty finish. Brewed with Gambrinus Pale and Munich malt, Castle Black and Caramel malt, and Simpson Roasted malt, with Centennial, Columbus, and Cascade hops and our proprietary English yeast strain.
