Thin, rocky head. Deep golden honey in color. Aromas of candied cherries with a backdrop of Belgian barnyard esters. Approachable juicy front palate, lingering brett mouthfeel, finishing bitter and dry. Brewed with Gambrinus Pale malt, imported caramel malt, Perle & Styrian Goldings hops and with our proprietary Belgian yeast strain. Aged for 12 months on French Oak barrels with Brettanomyces bruxellensis and Lambricus.
