Clean, mahogany color. Earthy, oaky and cherry pie aromas. Very light mouthfeel with a large, bright fruit, rose-wine like finish. Brewed with Castle Pilsner and Munich malt, Imported Biscuit, Caramel and Black malt, German Northern Brewer, UK Goldings and Styrian Goldings hops, and with our proprietary Belgian Ale yeast strain. Aged for 12 months on French Oak red wine barrels with a West Flanders yeast strain.
